Charlotte Warren

Charlotte has over ten years experience organizing weddings and events from a range of venues. Being the most organized person you’ll ever meet will instantly put you at ease whilst she plans your special day!

Charlotte joined the Nest & Anchor Team in 2023 and loves getting her hands dirty in the planning of couples events, getting excited about planning spread sheets and knowing all of the best suppliers in the area!

If planning your day right is your goal, Charlotte is your gal!

Scott Morey

Scott has been involved in the wedding industry as a wedding photographer since 2015.

Opting for a candid and documentary style, his work tells the couples story from a unique perspective. Having been in the industry for ten years Scott has a huge background regarding how a wedding day runs from start to finish and his wedding industry supplier contacts are second to none!

Tom Mountford

Tom has 12 years’ experience in the hospitality sector, working for two large corporate companies.

He wanted a bigger challenge and decided to purchase The Dovecote Eatery in 2018, turning it from a small cafe into a 180 seater eatery.

Tom’s your man when it comes to outside catering and has coordinated food for small functions to large corporate events.

 

Daniel Milsom

Dan has 20 years’ experience in the restaurant industry and has worked as an area manager for multiple popular local venues.  

He has designed menus for new restaurants, put together launch days, and he had major influence on the interior design of the restaurants he helped open.

Dan joined Tom at The Dovecote Eatery in 2020 during the height of Covid and was crucial in helping adapt the restaurant with new ideas due to the ever-changing restrictions.
